Other products: Mayonnaise, bechamel (best with semi or skim milk).

Limited Foods, consume in very small portions


Milk and dairy: Limit the most greasy and avoid all who carry sugar, jams, etc. And those who get rich with cream or have cream. 

Fatty meats: liver and viscera products, preserved, salted or smoked fish.

Cereals: Conventional biscuits, biscuits and bakery. 

Legumes: Those that are cooked with fatty ingredients of animal origin (sausages, sausages, bacon, etc.).
